I Am the Agent doesn’t only list homes for sale, but for rent too. If you are looking to advertise a property for rent, it costs £49 (INC vat). I Am the Agent™ prides itself in helping customers save extra cash, because a typical high-street real estate agent usually charges over £4000 to sell a landed property. The web listing method also gives sellers control of their sales, such as deciding the asking price and negotiations. Hence the name, I Am the Agent.

What services Does the Cost Cover?

The cost covers listing your property on their site, including the complete details, along with the photographs, floorplans, and descriptions of the features. The seller is assigned a dedicated property assistant who calls to inform them about same day viewing requests.

They will also set up a free ‘For Sale’ board, professionally photograph your home, and create a floor plan (which costs £120). They will provide you with an EPC at £65.
