The only 1-star review was a complaint citing the company not attending to an intending buyer, but the review did say that the customer service was very polite.

From the reviews, it is easy to see that customers are largely impressed with eMoov. They offer a great-value alternative to high street agencies if you are able to make a sale. However, as a reviewer pointed out, it is important to note that they don’t actively look for buyers for your house as a high street agent would. Like other online real estate agents, you will have to pay eMoov whether you were able to sell your property or not. Their IT services appear to work better than some of their competitors, as indicated by some of the reviews.
